Pricing information
House prices will vary depending on the season.
They will range from €200 to €350 for the house that sleeps 6 people.
And from €140 to €210 for the small house that sleeps 2 people.
Supplements and Additional Services
Pets: €25 per stay
Extra beds: €25 per night
Final cleaning: €15
Eco-tax: according to the current Balearic Government rate
Cancellation policy
Travelers can cancel up to 30 days before arrival and receive a full refund, including taxes. In these cases, no fees will be applied to you.
Intermediate cancellation policy
If travelers cancel between 7 and 30 days before the start of their stay (after the 24-hour cancellation period), they will receive a 50% refund, including taxes. In this case, you will receive 50% of the total cost of all nights.
Last-minute cancellation policy
If travelers cancel less than 7 days before the start of their stay, they will receive a refund only of the prorated taxes, and you will receive 100% of the amount for all nights.
